I find this photo in itself to be very well done. The colors are beautiful with the soft blue-green backdrop and shadow, as well as the gold. The gold flecks really make the photo. I'm not a big fan of square compositions, but it seems to work fairly well in this photo. I think a bit more rectangular format would do the composition a bit of good. My eye is sucked to the waterdrop and cannot move as freely as I'd like. The use ot diagonal lines does help though. For a waterdrop it is quite refreshing. I really do love those colors.
